We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Rates

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all USA orders with no minimum purchase required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here is what to expect once your order is processed:

  • Transit Time: 4-9 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 6-12 business days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM
  • Time Zone: Central Time (CT)

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Carrier Information

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS. All deliveries are door-to-door and fully trackable.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or restricted locations.

8. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email: support@edahcar.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the problem and find a solution as soon as possible.
