Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, incorrect selection, or any non defective reason:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not charge any restocking fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Order Cancellations

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds

- Refunds for canceled orders (before shipment) are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds for returned items may take longer as they require inspection
