2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders without any minimum purchase.

3. Where is Edah Car based?

Edah Car is a U.S. based brand, focused on car accessories. All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partners to ensure that the delivery is quick and reliable.


4. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

We want every customer to receive products in best condition.
If your arrived order is received damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost.

5. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Yes. You can cancel within 24 hours when you placed your order.
After that period, your order may already be in processing or transit. Please contact support@edahcar.com as soon as possible.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer an easy and stress free 30 day return window.

7. When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Do your products include warranties or guarantees?

Yes. All Edah Car products come with a 30/day quality assurance guarantee.
If you experience an issue, we’ll gladly replace or refund your item in line with our Return Policy.

No, Edah Car operates exclusively online.
This allows us to keep our operations efficient and pass savings directly to our customers.


12. Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Yes! We accept bulk or business orders for select products.
